This was a year 10 self portrait project we had for art. I chose to do myself in a kind pf abstract way, as an angel who didn't have her halo but still held onto it. Hence "holding onto innocence". I did this in a way to demonstrate how we will always lose a sense of wonder and mystery every time we learn something new, but a part of us wants to keep that innocence and not lose it...
