I love the contrast. You present a very interesting idea.

I think this is a good concept, but that you could do more with the piece. Why is the blue side good? The woman is beautiful and she has a halo above her head, but why in particular is she good?
I don't mean to cause any offence, just parhaps suggest something more you could add to the piece to give it even more oomph.

I love your use of color and there's something about the composition that keeps me looking at it.. I'm not sure how I feel about the ragged edges on some of the parts of the devil's face, but everything else looks great!
