No it was the x rotation bone, I had to replace it. re rigging won't help it will make it worse

This mode's arms have rotation bones.
They are semi-standard bones, so some models and pose files can not use them rightly.
The trouble will fix by initializing or re-loading of models.
If it happens at just time you load this model on MMD,
this model may have some other troubles.

I have not found a tutorial page.
If I try to it, I will check in the list of bones.
I think parent-child relation of bones have some trouble.
And I want to check this model on my PMX editor, if you want and permit me.
