My half of a trade with =Ozzythehobo and her character xcrain. I tried to make up for the boring pose by doing a background.Edit: Oh man. I was looking at my old animated Open Canvas files, and this was one of them. It was neon and eye-blinding. So I did some minor tampering to make it all mesh better. old/new .

I love the coloring and the background, it almost looks painted. Those wings are very nice too, and I love how you did the grass closest to the foreground.

My shading has to be my favorite part in this. As ~trinacobrajet said it looks like a painting and my favorite art pieces are usually paintings. And I dont know... I just adore the shading to no end ;w;
And the pose isnt boring, like someone else said she looks sorta...majestic? especially against that background.. She looks calm and like shes looking from someone... Which is strange because a tthe moment that is exactly what she is doing 
I really like her wings too, theyre diffrent, and i really really like them, they look like...Butterfly wings it seems. Its really awesome. I dont know..Theyre just awesome..Like the rest of this picture.
Im overwhelmed with this and I have to print this out and put this somewhere...This is amazing.
