This is the second part of the series. yes, out of order but it's part 2 of 2 so far
This was done in Paintshop Pro, the eary days.
As for the witch, she's nothing like Spring. While spring is only interested in all things natural, creating and designing, this one is up to mischief. She's in the area and she's brought Autumn with it.
