Wallpaper I made for a Second Doctor image competition on DWO. It was made to the size of the screengrabs I used, then resized to wallpaper, so apologies if it's a little distorted.I believe the quote is from 'The Evil of the Daleks'.
I don't own Doctor Who, but the BBC does, so you know, best not to annoy them.
UPDATE: Just found out that this wallpaper won the competition. Woo!
Honestly, though, did not see that one coming.
