Description
The first being “successfully” created via Carnomancy, Sevaar was a feared figurehead in the war between Jeira and Ciptillus. In the end, Ciptillus proved victorious and when Jeira became occupied, Sevaar vanished without a trace along with the prophet Khemshir.
It’s theorized she’s still around and may have something to do with the recent rise of Carnomancy practice in recent years.
