A dude from a nightmare I had a while ago.

I remember talking with this dude - he was in great pain and was asking for help: "help me, help me.. there are these things in my head...". We tried a lot of things to remove these "things" from his head but did not succeed. So we had to install a watertap on his head. This was the ultimate method and the dude died in the process... There he was, all covered in blood and mutilated from the installation process with a watertap in his head. I slowly opened the tap...

The thing that came out was something too horrific to realise. I could not see it but I felt its presence and pretty much lost my sanity - at this point I woke up screaming, covered in sweat.
