I got invited to do a piece for a sci-fi calendar, requisites being it should include a girl and a pre-inca reference. I choosed the Chavin ruins (the place is so old that the real name was forgotten long ago; "chavin" means ruins in quechua, the official language of the Inca empire) as the excuse for the calendar theme was an expedition (composed only by cute girls) through dimensional gates into other dimensions where ancient pre-hispanic cultures had actually survived.Yeah, I don't buy it either but I certainly would buy the calendar if my buddies don't give me a free one
