Where American forces are fighting now there isn't any snow! So it's a bit odd to see this since the Army and Air Force is in Afghan-Land.

Just a thought, don't the armed forces and the Guard train sometimes in snowy places? I think I know of one Guard unit in snowy places in the US.

Just so you know, I don't work well in scorching heat, it is in cold and snowy conditions where my performance is at its finest. Though I was born in California's Bay Area, I was born FOR the cold, hardened by the cold, disciplined by the cold, molded by the cold. I did not experience a warm summer day until I was four years old, and to me the heat was nothing but INCINERATING! When my ears get very hot, I lose all focus and cooling down becomes my top priority. If I was born in the late 40's or early 50's and actual combat took place in Russia, you might say I was born for the "Cold War." Or if in another life, the WWII winter battle of Bastogne.

I'm amazed that at 2 and a half hours you made something that looks as great as this. Brilliant work!

Yah, nice! I know an Apache pilot and his gunner. This is totally awesome! For ^, the AH-64 (not D model) doesn't have a longbow radar.

Awesome job. The perspective on the rotors is spot on and the snow really punches out the darks on your copter. Well done!

How many ways can I say that I admire your artwork very much? Do you use a sketch when you're painting or do you start by adding gobs of color?

Looks lovely - one of the first times I've seen something in a very crisp, detailed style from you. The contrast between the black helicopter and light snow lends interest to the piece. The helicopter itself is very well done.
