Before getting completely wacko with my upcoming pre-doctoral exam, I decided to get some fresh air and take some nice pictures of yesterday's sunset.

Totally worth it.

Some secrets behind the image composition :

1) Combination of 8 images at 17mm F/8.0, ISO 200 and exposure of1/500 s with my 17-85mm F/4-5.6 IS USM lens + Canon 50D.

2) 2 attempts to create the panorama (Windows 7 decided it was about time to reboot and install updates in the middle of the first attempt). Total time : 3h.

3) About 30 minutes with Photoshop to fix some discrepancies associated with the image combination.

In conclusion : IT'S DAMN LONG TO WORK OUT A GOOD PANORAMA!
