the way how he came to existence in the mirrors goes like this. sometimes just decided to create living being which is also like a living dinosaur but cannot die of old age so they tried their best to make a living being but they can't until an accident burst out which is causing to make Hammett. and after that Hammett actually killed the most scientist that helped created him but the scientist managed to freeze him and freeze the whole Lab Hammett him in the Frozen and the underground lab was abandoned for 37 years after he finally got unfrozen he somehow got teleported into the mirrors he don't know what's going on but what do you know is that he's in a cold Africa with penguins that are disfigured they're not here to harm him or anything they're just friendly to them so he decided to live in the this figured Arctica and decide to stay.

(facts) he has the ability to breathe fire. and he also likes penguins. I want nothing bad to happen to them. and he hands down his prey by catching them and sending them on fire so you can get cooked alive like a burnt chicken nugget.
