Phew. this actually took way longer than I thought to be honest.And yes, I did do the translation this time, Due to the fact that I couldn't find any high quality English scans for this file this time for some reason (Pretty sure a high quality English scan exists though). I'm not exactly very good at translating though, So please don't mind it if the translation happens to be a bit inaccurate...
