Biography:

Kamui is from a huge family of Shachihoko. His family is known for being able to let it rain,they helped extinguish fires and also rescued some harvests from going dry. As the oldest son his parents had much faith in him, he should help others like they did most of their life but Kamui..Kamui just couldn't control his powers. Maybe he lacked control,maybe something else..they did not know what it was but every time he tried to summon rain he caused huge rain storms to fall,making everything worse than before. They tried to fix the issue but everything they tried did not work. Having no other choice Kamui was sent to the live among humans where he was ordered to train getting his rain summoning under control. His mother gave him her hairpin (which he now uses as a limiter to stay in his human form) when they said good bye,wishing he'd success in his mission.
When Kamui arrived outside of the big sea he lived in most of his life he was kinda amazed at his new surroundings. He soon knew that it wasn't easy to live among normal people when you knew nothing at all of their traditions. Living in a city also wasn't an option because he was there to train..he couldn't just flood whole cities or villages so he searched for something farther away.
He eventually found a small run down house near a pond in the countryside, the next village almost an hour away..it was the perfect place for him to stay.And the best of it: it was silent. And nobody would interrupt him. Never. Or so he thought.
A few days after he occupied the place a girl also arrived there. Kamui,the kind idiot that he was could just not send her away and allowed her to stay with him. Since then the house wasn't silent anymore. Various tables were flipped every day, Kiyos cooking always almost set their home on fire and Kamuis new hobby was puzzling Kiyos favourite cup to be a whole again.
