The figure in the robe kind of reminds me of a WoB guy , but it is quite obvious considering the naked skinny legs that it is probably a lady mechwarrior hastily covering herself up with some robe .

Is she an downed enemy mechwarrior come to steal a new mech and being caught by the gards ?

Or maybe its a big burly bear of a man ))
