I think that is the point:  She's dressed scantily, holding a dangerous blow torch has tats, but society would hide the smoking from the kid instead.  Nice artwork though.

Well, the artwork is very nice. The smoking is a bit of a turn-off though.
I can't help but want to caption it though...
