Personality: Mikhail is the type to always be having a smile on his face. Not your common happy, innocent smile, rather more of your arrogant 'I'm-better-than-you' smile. With this kind of smile you can already tell just be looking at him he's going to try to get on your nerves. The reason for arrogance of his, is mainly because he is smarted than your average joe. He isn't some genius, but having researchers for parents definitely helped. It is due to his knowledge that often enough he does see himself better than others. In fact, nothing ticks him off more than some incompetent trainer who couldn't tell a tackle from a take down.

Along with this arrogant attitude of his Mikhail is the type to try to live life to it's fullest. Through out his younger days he had done nothing, and was bored out of his mind. Now though he will go to almost any dangerous lengths just to feel that rush of excitement.

History: Mikhail was born with Sinnoh within town of Sunyshore city. His parents were Pokémon researchers who have spent their lives studying Pokémon. As he grew up his parents decided to do some home schooling rather than send their son to your basic school system. After all when they were growing up they went to special schools, and since there was nothing near by with such standards they decided to teach him themselves. It was in this time where the young boy actually learn to like Pokémon. Though it was also the time were his social skills never took time to grow causing the boy to be the way he is today.

It was when he was eight where he had made up his mind as to wanting to be a Pokémon trainer. However the moment he told his parents about this they instantly put down his goals. For one thing in there eyes becoming a full trainer just wasn't safe after all a trainer's life was much rougher than that of a researcher. Secondly it wasn't a good way to live in their eyes. Then again though anything other than basic Pokémon research wasn't a way to live in their eyes. Of course this annoyed him at first, though they would just say that he was just too young to understand the dangers of being a Pokémon trainer. As fun as traveling the world sounded there were some terrains that they felt were too much to deal with.

For two years Mikhail just continued on with his studies, becoming more and more annoyed with his parents as the only time he was really allowed out of the house was when his parents went out to study. Other than that though he was stuck inside the house all the time. Often times forced to study, however with his window wide open he could always hear the playful cries of kids his age having fun, playing outdoors. Every now and then he could hear a Pokémon battle going on. Every event making him envy their freedom more and more.

But Mikhail finally felt that their over protectiveness was too much. As they went out to do some more search, leaving him behind like they did pretty much once a week to give him a break. The young trainer packed everything he figured he needed: money, food, a small book that had his parents research on many Pokémon etc. etc, and left his parents to their research and left in hopes for a more exciting life. Though he knew his parents would end up filing stupid reports about his missing and what not, so not wanting to get caught or recognized Mikhail decided to head off to a new region where he wouldn't be known. Starting his own journey that he has been doing for the past 3 years when he heard of the carnival. Catching his interest he entered with his pokemon Captain, Shield and Striker.

Species: Luxray
Sex: Male
Ability: Intimidate
Nature: Clam
Battle style: Luxray is calm cool and collected during battle. Always starting off his battle with his intimidate ability the afterward tries to hinder him with his Leer and/or Scary Face sometime Flash, and Thunder Wave. He will always be sure to have a shield up with Light Screen. He is not much of a close up battler which is why he will mainly use pretty much every electrical attack in the book. His most used electrical attack would be Thunderbolt. Though he does know that there are pokemon that it's useless to use his electrical attacks on so he does have non-electrical attacks such as Fire, Ice, and Thunder Fang as well as Iron Tail He is not one that will chase after you if they were to use their speed to gain the upper hand. For he knows very well he can't keep up so he is able to do much mainly staying in one spot his his electrical attacks can go in nearly any direction. Though if he does need to move, and fast, then he will be sure to use Magnet Rise and charge at you with that. He enjoys to sleep a lot both outside and inside of battle which is to be expected since he pretty much a baby sitter 24/7. So he will often times in battle use Rest to recover himself, but he is smart enough to not leave himself defenseless so he has Sleep Talk as a defense.

Other info: Captain is the only reasonable thinker out of all of Mikhail's team. He is always out of his pokeball because of his need to protect his trainer as if he were his cub. He is old in age and wise, his physical speed and physical power suffer because of it but his electrical power is something that is meant to be truly fierce. He is pretty much a peacemaker between Mikahil's pokemon, and Mikhail himself if he were to ever get in a fight with some trainer. He will even tug on his trainer's vest to pull him away from what he know will be trouble for Mikhail. Though his other pokemon he looks after aren't as lucky for he will shock them when they do something stupid. In the picture the streaks in his hair are not HLs they are gray streaks.

Battle style: Like his name says Shield is more of a defensive fighter ALWAYS starting off a battle with Light screen And will apply on himself Magic Coat Just in case. Though he knows the all the punch moves he can learn Bullet, Dynamic, focus, and all the elementic punches he prefers a more distance battle using moves such as Confusion, Psychic, Hidden Power, Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, energy ball, Signal Beam, Vacuum Wave and Psycho Cut. Though despite all these offensive moves he will be sure to keep up on his defense with his Double Team, Protect, Detect, Reflect, Mind Reader, and Foresight [when battling ghost] When in a double battle he will always inform his partner of what the opponents are up to, or will protect them with his shields from behind him.

Each always trying to show up the other. Though a simple shock from Captain brings them back to their senses. As a result they can be quite troublesome when together. Though the two of them are good friends, despite all their quarreling, and they are ALWAYS paired up in a double battle one on defense, the other on offense, hence why Mikhail gave them the nick names they have.

Battle style: As his name states Striker is more of a head on battler of the whole group. He likes to strike with more physical moves that anything else knowing every special slash he possibly can learn such as Night Slash, Leaf Blade, Slash, Psycho Cut etc. etc. as well as the punches with Drain, Fire, Ice, Focus, Thunder punch and an occasional Vacuume Wave. And he tries to pull them all off with style in order to show up his partner in Crime Shield. Though his primary moves are Teleport and Arial Ace in order to make his strikes as fast as possible with a quick get away when needed be. Though with teleport is more to psych out his opponent as he uses it more to make it seem like he can move from one place to another within a blink of an eye. When close he will attack you with any of his punches or blades, rarely will he use Close Combat for he doesn't look forward to lowering any of his stats. He isn't much for defenses so he will avoid using Protect, reflect, or light screen despite his knowing them.
