Your litten's final evolution is SO MUCH BETTER than the original one !
seriously, why make him stand on 2 legs !?? its horrible.
as for your popplio's final evolution it should be the one for male popplio. that way it should make them less err... stupid than the original one when it's male.

Much fanmade Evos are just impressive. And your Litten Evolution is one of the best I have seen sor far. Popplio is really great too. Your Rowlett evolution is nice too I guess, but something is missing in my little opinion. Dont ask what. I dont know either

Apologies after commenting on your previous design, because I've since realised that these are the final evolution concepts!
Starting with Litten, this is one of the best designs I've seen. Litten is by far my least favourite starter, and most concepts are very generic, just being a tiger/big cat with a reversed colour scheme and some element of fire, which is too boring for my liking. Not only do I like the wisps of flame you've gone with to make a ring-like formation around the body, but I like the mane and tufts of hair you've added, which give it a very nice appearance that isn't too bare. That being said, I almost certainly won't be choosing Litten to start with as I've gone with Fire starters 50% of the time, so would like a change. Very nice impression though.
Rowlett is my personal favourite so far, and I like where you've gone with the evolution. The likeness to the original colour scheme, with slightly darker tones, is great and I like the addition and improvement of foliage. The pattern of the wings and torso are nice without being too over the top and I approve of the intimidating appearance you've gone for. I'm a big fan of this design and demeanour. As for choosing this starter, although it is my preferred of the original designs, I chose Grass last generation with Chespin (and Treecko), so would like something different.
Having not chosen a Water starter since the first generation, I was kind of hoping for a good one this time around, and it's no secret the Popplio is pretty hated. Although not a huge fan myself, I prefer Popplio to Litten and don't disdain its design as much as I did with Oshawott. So whether I actually choose this over Rowlett is based on the final design and typing. I like how you've gone with a Fairy typing, because that's what I'm hoping for, as I won't be picking Popplio if it turns into another Fighting-type, as speculated. In terms of the design, the majestic appearance is nice as well as the feeling of agility it imposes. I enjoy the likeness in pose to Lugia and Kyogre, too. If these were the final evolutions I'd happily choose Popplio, so well done for making a hated starter look great without deviating too much from the source material!
Overall some great designs, my main complaint is the similarities in pose between Popplio and Rowlett; both going with the arms spread look wouldn't be my choice, but that is of course a very minor criticism, and the actual designs themselves are fantastic to me.

Thank you! I do a quick research every time I draw fakemons just to make sure it's not too similar to what had been done although sometimes a few still slip under my radar.
I didn't go too wild with rowlet's evolution because I must admit I had a rather difficult time designing it. It has so much potential and I feel like I wasted it.

As for the pose again I was having a little trouble on that but got around it eventually. I realise they do look similar like this but popplio's evolution is supposed to look like it is bowing after a show, which isn't obvious enough.

These are pretty good. I think you've done something few others have, made plausible designs.
I like how Rowlet's evo has the look of being dressed up, without actually having clothes. So many folks have been dressing it up, but you used the coloring of its feathers to give it that looks.
I like your Litten evo as well. I'm assuming your designs are based on the 'circus theory' and the way you made the whiskers and tail flames create the circle of fire (at least thats what I'm assuming is happening) looks very natural. Looks great. Body design is awesome, and can't say how happy I am you went with quadruped, really hoping GF does at least that.
Popplio's evo design also has a very natural look to it. It's not wearing clothes, but the patterns, the skin colors, give the impression it is. Not 100% sure whats going on with its tail. But even that still works in several ways.
I would really enjoy seeing more art of these in different poses.

I also picked up on the waistcoat design of Rowlett, and although I'm not a huge fan of this idea, it's much better than people that simply put an actual waistcoat on the owl and mix it into the feathers.
Also I enjoyed the ring of fire for Litten, and at first I didn't even notice that it was an incomplete ring! Definitely one of the better circus-themed designs for Litten. I also like it remaining quadruped, because so far we've only had bipedal fire starters in their final evolution. I wasn't a fan of Fennekin last generation for various reasons, but one thing I hated even more about its was that it became a biped. I'll be disappointed in Litten if it follows suit.
Popplio is perosnally my favourite here, especially with its typing, and it seems to have a jester or clown-like feel to it. Although I'm not a fan of the idea of clown PokΓ©mon, it was pulled off very well here and makes me much more excited to see the official designs.

Yea I think the circus theme fits them well and went with it.
I really wanted to give Litten 's evo a fire ring without the actual ring itself, as well as a long as whiskers so those ended up being the fire ring. So you are correct. Yea when I was sketching things out I had a concept of it standing up and it just reminds me of the fire fighter starters so I immediately scrapped it XD
With popplio's evo design I had an idea of slightly basing it on a jester. That's what the tails about XD so he can bend it's tail over to his head and the tail will be like the jester hat.
I'll have a go at drawing them in a few different poses that will definitely improve my animal pose drawing skills.

Oil doesn't necessarily indicate a Poison typing. Oil is flammable so it would make sense, even as a pure Fire-type. Although I do like the idea of Fire/Poison and it is my favourite possibility, I think Fire/Dark would suit it too, especially with the darker tone to other Fire starters.
