Yea, ive seen it on 1 or 2 sites displaying good computer graphic work. I dont think its anything to worry about though.
And yea, ive managed to experiment a little with the blend tool. As you say, its good stuff and you've pulled it off wonderfully.

I have to say, you have blended the Illustrator techniques perfectly with the image.

Thanks man, didn't realise it was being displayed anywhere apart from here and my site. I don't know of any tutorials for that sort of thing, but I recommend playing around with the blend tool in Illustrator, it's good stuff.
