Description Based off the recently viewed 'Dancin' Machine.' Well like most TUFF episodes where it involves Kitty dressing in a certain outfit; her costume really sticks out.
And there's no doubt in my mind that her pink leotard, leg warmer wearing 80's workout gear was inspired by the classic movie 'Flashdance.' You know it's one of those movies I never seen before; but I think everyone knows that iconic 'dumping a bucket of water' on Jennifer Beals scene.
So naturally Kitty's doing it.
How'd she finally learn how to become a good dancer? Why who else but...Snaptrap? (!!!) Wow! I guess he does have a talent he can loan to the good guys after all. I dunno about you (some particular yous out there) but I personally found the scenes where Snappy taught Kitty how to dance really fun; if not a bit touching where they both cried. (I admit it; I thought that was cute. XD)Β 
So in keeping with the spirit of the 80's in both Kitty's attire and the movie it's based off of; who else is watching this show than Marty McFly from Back to the Future. The Animated Marty to be precise.
Of course the animated Marty made his debut in the early 90's but let's not get too technical here. XD
This of course also references the Team Flux pairing of the two as drawn out by . Marty here was fun to draw; though I think I made him a tad bit older here than he really is. I dunno; I never watched the series as I did the movies.

And if you don't mind me saying; he can do a pretty good job with it. Although it's the writing staff that comes up with most of it; Butch is the producer.

Actually many short cartoons are not written, just story-boarded. They put writers but they are usually the ones who fill up the gaps after storyboarding, meaning that they are under the storyboarders and they have little to no power over the idea behind an episode (some times they aren't even real scriptwriters). That's why cartoon-scriptwriter is seen so low in the Hollywood food-chain. Β 

As producer Butch supervises the process, including stories and character design, and easy way to create an story is to give a general idea and let a creative group develop it. You could say that Butch plants the seed and cares over the growth process.Β

That depends. Different cartoons have different management styles.
I feel more lengthy ones like The Simpsons rely more on their writers.
I think Butch and his staff are aware of how some people feel about the show's direction. But not enough to make them change in a way that completely jackknifes it.

I liked Kitty's outfit too. I've thought of doing a pic with her, Dudley, and Snaptrap in their Β 80's style dance outfits(Dudley's would be the one from The Rat Pack).Β 
I was very amused by the fact that Snaptrap of all people taught Kitty how to dance. Though I'm not sure about his choice in dance wear.XD And yes, it was cute how they both hugged and cried.

That'd be sweet if you did. As separate as some people like to see them; seeing Kitty, Dudley and Snaptrap together dancing like they never danced before (HA!!!) would please me.
Well even if it didn't fit him' it didn't hinder him whatsover to teach Kitty how to bust a move. Man I loved their banter. XDΒ 
Yes the one I got planned is Snappy trying to teach Kitty and Lady Malmsteen at the same time dance...it's not going well since these two hate each other. XD
