My boyfriend got into the D&D 5 beta, so he's running a small game to see how it goes. It's exciting! I made a generic human fighter with a bounty hunter background. She'll probably be a bit wild, dangerous, and quick to anger. I look forward to it!(extra fun? my brother is in the game and this'll be his first tabletop gaming experience. Yay noobs!

you'll have to let us know what you think of the system mechanics. I was unimpressed by 4, but that probably has a lot to do with the thousands upon thousands of dollars worth of 3 and 3.5 books we have...

Love it! I'm going through D&D withdrawls right now, because one campaign ended, and the other has been missed 3 weeks running due to holidays or the DM being ill. Sad times. Sad times, indeed.

Neat! My sibs and I are starting a D&D campaign this weekend using the ol' 3 version. My character's a human sorcerer with a very unusual background that I don't even know about. Hopefully it will be revealed to me during the campaign.
Also, bounty hunters are awesome. I suggest you go see "Django Unchained" if you already haven't. It's a blast.
