So this is ~HarlequinHare 's character
I believe its a ferret? Or weasel? Or something along those lines xDIve never drawn one before, so excuse the fugly anatomy xD

First of all, i would like to applaud you on the use of glowing and lighting techniques, which i consider to be a quite difficult thing to get 'just right'. The background, although it includes bright colors and accents, is simple enough to bring out the character and not take away much attention from it. The yellow of the moon also makes for an appealing contrast to the purples employed in the background.
I'm not too much for ferret OR weasel anatomy myself, but i do know that these animals have particularly elongated bodies, while yours falls a little bit on the short side. Their faces are also actually quite rounded (see them from the front view a few times to get a little more reference). Their muzzles / snouts are also shorter and more rounded as well.
However, your limbs look great, and the fur looks wonderful and glossy.
Two things i gratefully admire are the fabulously flawless linework on the character, and the vibrant and playful colorjob, which boasts vivid and high contrasting colors, which makes for a very bold and powerful piece. Keep up the good work! And remember, references are your friend!
