Really, really nice ^^ I like it!
Good anatomy study, good position in space, cute expression, plus a clean line-art!
(have you see that his right foot fingers are bigger than left foot?)

I don't like cell-shading though. O_o It makes it too cartoony.

Geez Shiari, you've got muscles and wings *down!* This is really cool..I love the texture on the wings, and the subtle details and shadings on the foot to define the muscles and joints in motion. Great job!

I think why you feel that way is that most dragon artists draw the front legs directly, or almost directly, underneath the wings. This leaves lots of space. When I think about flying I can feel my elbows pressed against my knees. To me, the directly underneath looks silly from a biological standpoint. Dragons built like could *not* fly without magical aide.... and the shinoar had no magic. Our front arms were also like the front limbs of a cat or a dog. Forward and back motion only, which is why they are also low-set.

that must be it. *nods* When I draw dragons wings I tend to put them behind the arm shoulder blades so the space is still there. Makes sens to me, I like the drawing still. :3

A species of dragon that I so closely associate with that I feel like one in spirit. *shrugs* it's a weird concept, but these were the first type of dragon I ever drew, way back in highschool.

It sounds pretty. I thought it might be another word for dragon........certainly looks like a dragon..........I think you do realte to certain things, real or not, sense or not.

You wanna talk about mistakes? My account exists so that when my friends are feeling bad about their work they can take a look at something that really isn't in the shade of good art!
I like this. This is very cool. Hey, you're on my favorites list, I've been waiting for something else to show up!
