He has a few abilities.

•Can disperse into a powdery snow and let the winds pull him in whichever direction he is headed in.

•When his paws meet liquid water, it freezes rapidly, giving him sturdy ground to walk on while passing rivers and oceans.

•Can disperse blizzards, snow storms, winds, rain, hail, etc.

Dovev enjoys playing with children, cuddling, rolling around like a dog, and resting next to acolytes as they attend their duties. A simple life indeed.

I changed his anatomy entirely (build wise) and kept
all my details that were my concepts so I figured he was
entirely my doing, otherwise I would have credited you!
