Naruto as he appears in my fanfiction, The Neko Problem...XD Like Sasuke, Naruto put his headband around his neck because the fabric was irritating his ears. Oh, the reason Neji still has his on the proper way is that he still has the seal on his forehead.I don't know... but I think that Naruto doesn't seem to mind being a neko...
