He didn't turn out as well as I think Dean did, because Sam's eyes and hair were being a major pain to draw, but I think I did all right. He certainly ended up looking a lot older than I'd intended, especially since this is supposed to be Trainee Sam at the age of 13-15-ish, but that's ok, I guess.

Ok, like for Dean, here's a little of Sam's background in the Attack on Titan/Supernatural crossover I'm working on:
Ever since Sam was little he'd always looked up to his older brother Dean. When Dean came back home from graduating Cadet Training wearing the Survey Corps' badge instead of the Garrison's, Sam was both proud of and worried for his older brother. Dean had just returned home from his first mission outside Wall Maria when the Colossal Titan attacked. Dean led Sam, Mary and a group of their neighbors to the docks, but their mother was crushed by falling debris saving Sam when an abnormal titan attacked. Dean managed to get Sam onto the boat with Eren, Armin, and Mikasa, but didn't get on himself, staying behind to help with the defenses. Sam didn't hear about Dean until a week after the attack, only to hear that their father was dead too. Even though he is a year older than Eren, Mikasa, and Armin, Sam waited a year before joining Cadet Training, so that they could join up together. He graduated in the top ten, and is often teased about the sudden growth spurt he got during his last year in training, shooting up from 5'8 to 6'4, the ongoing joke being that he's got some traces of Titan in his blood. Like most of his class, Sam chooses to join the Scouting Regiment like Dean did.
