Its my opinion that this is more then acceptable. There's a lot of emotion in this piece, something I see in very few works of FA artists. Color me impressed.

I find a lot of FA artists have DA accounts. I also think it's cool that they usually don't repost the same images in both accounts. And they are! WAY too good!

With a little more practice, and a slight bit more detail in with fur and such.. you could be as good as Blotch. You really are a wonderful artist.. Backgrounds, and fur detail is about all I can see that would make it better. Get those down? Congrats. You likely just competed against one of the best furry artists known.
