I really don't like water and things living in it ._. This whole piece is so dreamy and imaginative, with all the spooky plants and creatures it gives me the sensation of a nightmare.
Good thing with the small lines of light on the edges of the plants making the light stream from below hitting all spots, it's a thing i often forget myself.

Yes, light is the most interesting thing for me while painting. To look how the light source and the direction of light affects on the objects is totally exciting - I spend a lot of time observing light in nature. I guess IΒ΄ll never be able to capture it perfectly ... but I learn a lot with every painting
