Description

Known for his particular affinity for violence, Riker Webb once served as an enforcer for the Night Jesters biker gang but felt undervalued by the gang’s reptilian leader, Kaine Roland, who always favored his right-hand wolf, Shane Lyall, as his primary enforcer. Envious of Shane’s position as ‘top dog’ and Kaine’s unwillingness to elevate him to a similar status, Riker hatched a scheme to remove them both by literally ratting them out to local authorities during an arms deal at the city’s waterfront, with both Kaine and Shane subsequently being arrested and imprisoned in Silverchain Penitentiary as a result. Assuming leadership of the Night Jesters, Riker went on to rule the gang with an iron fist, becoming one of the most feared crime lords in Silverwater City.

Shortly after his takeover however, Riker inexplicably vanished along with the rest of the gang, leaving only speculation as to where they had gone and why they had seemingly abandoned their expanding empire. With their reign of terror in Silverwater City effectively over, crime rates dropped and the city’s inhabitants breathed a sigh of relief, believing that Kaine’s imprisonment was the cause of their disappearance.

Years passed before the Night Jesters would suddenly resurface, led once again by the infamous Riker, now fueled by a new plot to transform his gang into an immense criminal empire. Far more dangerous than any outward appearance may suggest, Riker’s megalomania now drives him to ensure that nothing stands in his way of becoming an untouchable criminal mastermind.
