Pretty cool heh, but it could do with some fix ups
His right hand's index finger and probably the middle as well needs more definition
His root foot is unbalanced and the pants is in need of fixing heh; my suggestion would be to straighten out that line on the left side of his pants
His left hand is semi-confusing, it doesn't look like the original sketch and if he's balling up his hand into a fist, need the pinky! heh
I like the minimal shading but the shading on his hair just looks.. hm.. dunno how to fix this, I'm not that great with shading hair heh
Now, onto the animation, his belt and hair should move as he goes up and down

hmm damn I didnt notice that...thanks for pointing that out man....hmm yeah I agree its too fast but the problem is that I have no idea how to make it slower..I just started using imageready so it feels very weird to use it..I gotta find out how to fix that

yeah... image ready is hard... i just learn to use it as well... i used to use unfreeze gif animator (i think tat's the name) it's a freeware, and it let you adjust the frame skip of your animation... nifty program... try to do a search on it... you need to have your pics in gif format tho...
