[link]This is a digital collaboration between me and ~driflooning
I did the line art and idea some time last year, and let ~driflooning have at it. She did all the colors and shading and water effects as well as the sky, I then went back over it and rendered the tidepool and refined details to the cliff and added a few birds.
With luck, we'll have these printed in time for Anime LA and for sale! Be sure to come say hi!

The colors here are really pretty and I'm digging the sense of dept you put there with her feet in the water. You got some really beautiful colors there on your main character. One thing that may be nice next time you do a really vibrant piece like this would be to push back any bg elements immediately behind your main character with even more atmosphere. She's definitely the focal point here, but the pretty greens and red-browns of the hills behind her are almost getting as bright for being in the bg.
I really like her expression. I keep looking back at her face :3 cute and innocent.
