Description
For the theme of the day, "tranquil" the Buddha in deep meditation did come instantly to my mind. I tried to convey serenity and a hint of happiness. I wanted also to depict the tree leaves as the ones from ficus religiosa (pipal tree, sacred fig) that in tradition is the one under which Buddha attained enlightenment.
