No, this isn't supposed to be a cosplay or anything for halloween. A friend of mine in the Philippine culture was throwing her 18th birthday party, otherwise known as a debut, and the dresses were different colors. Mine was blue and it made me feel like a princess.
hehe. A debut is much like a quince for a Spanish 15 year old female.
