I was at some point planning to make a miniature of this lab, maybe I'll get to it eventually.
Although I was planning to do the room where he got stabbed and that's all messed up.

Yeah, this is probably that room, now that I think about it.
This was the room I was thinking about [link] and since it had a mess, I remembered thinking that was where Will was shot, but that lab looks more like the one in the flashback.

Oh I can see what you mean, that's the one you need the two finger prints to unlock but the idea of those BOW tubes would be hard but if done right would look absolutely stunning.
