Alright, this is just me having fun with Inkscape, nothing big.So it's a... uhh... Yoshi Egg made of glass... or something... don't ask.
Also, it might be worth noting that I tried to do this in Gimp first, but failed, since the path previews in Gimp are so aliased that you can't even make round things, since they'll end up bumpy even though they looked perfectly fine in the preview.

Seriously, doing that and sending it to you would take me longer than it would take you to just do the thing from scratch. So it's just not worth the effort, sorry, just pick up GIMP or Inkscape and do it yourself.

If you think about it that highlight/reflection doesn't make any sense, it doesn't fit an egg's shape.

You think? Well, I'm not 100% sure, but I thought that this would roughly be the kind of reflection you'd get on a round object. I'll have to find me some marbles and try it out sometime...

Well, it's my avatar for now, I don't really know what to do with it though. It's obviously well suited to be used as an icon (looks still good at 16x16), but I don't find myself in the need of Yoshi themed icons very often
