Ye, I also love taking the child everywhere, tho it can cause issues. With Fog Canyon I just took the plunge and whacked the ooma's myself cause then I at least had some control over where, when and how they're gonna explode. X'D

Thank you! Been experimenting with the backgrounds, trying to find a good style that won't take too long since I hope to make more short comics in the future. (Your works are actually quite inspiring in that regard!)
Yeaaah it's easy to forget calculating such hazards. Speaking of weaverlings tho, there will be another comic in the future featuring a specific incident I had with them. X'D

Ah, I see, that's good, backgrounds can be a hassle at times I even still struggle with them too but still try my best at it, sometimes going the simple way can still look just as nice when you feel it's right though~ -u- (aw really? ffff, happy to have inspired ya

You're definitely doing well in the background front! Even in the comics they work well with the characters and add to the atmosphere even if they're not always super detailed. Imo you definitely managed to find that balance where it never feels like they are lacking or need more details.
