Description
As I stare of my window,
I watch as the rain continues to fall,
Yet it seems that times is so slow,
When I wait forever for your call.

Standing up, I decide to walk,
Going to the door, I open it.
With all the strength that I can chalk,
I wander out, with each raindrop to hit.

Thunder rumbles in the deep forest,
So close to my home.
I enjoy the patter of the crest,
Of this storm that I stand in alone.

Holding my face up,
I feel the soothing rain.
With a loud boom struck,
Lighting, which was my bane.

Taking a few steps into the wood,
I think about how I met you.
Wondering if it all looked,
Like a love so very true.

Hearing the pitter patter of the drops,
I sigh in relief, knowing I’m not alone.
Watching the rain fall on the tops.
Of a forest so deep and cold.

Walking a few more steps,
I let the rain continue to fall.
Thinking of all the wrecks,
That I cared for not at all.

Finding a peaceful spot,
I lay down to look up at the sky.
Enjoying the rain around the lot,
That he had chosen to lie.

Then the clouds parted,
To show a bright light.
Even in the pitchly started,
Black of night.

A beauty of an angel comes down,
As if to answer of my prayers.
But as I stare, I hope it’s not a loan,
That I would repay to slayers.

But it seemed as though,
It wasn’t such a façade.
As I do not need to go,
And repay for all that I had lied.

Sighing again, I love what I see,
Wanting this angel.
To be always with me,
And always to be entagled.

His wings of pure white,
Along the chest of gold.
Oh, what a beautiful sight,
That is this product of perfect mold.

He holds me tightly, not letting go,
As I look up, to see crimson eyes.
That is all I need to know,
As I lay in his arms with sighs.

Time seems to speed up now,
Wanting me to be in turn.
With the reast of the glow,
That one must always learn.
