Glancing at your photo, I breath silently,
Not wanting to disturb the silence.
Inside of my head, your voice speaks quietly,
As it tells me about all the violence.
However, I can hear you whisper something else,
Talking about the light around you.
Watching and waiting for all your tells,
I see for myself, what you knew.
The flower spins around,
As it drops to the floor.
No longer bound,
Something to not ignore.
Its beauty reels from this world,
Radiating like yours always did.
Sending dew everywhere as it swirled,
Letting all know what it said.
Hearing it whispering the words,
That you had said long ago.
Moving me towards,
The end that I forgo.
Closing my eyes and tilting my head,
I listen to the wind as I wait for you.
Replaying all the words it said,
As it was covered in the morning dew.
“Restless stranger await,
All is well with herself.
She will be there, just wait,
To see yourself.”
I smile silently, listening to it,
No longer fearing anything anymore.
As I count the time to get,
What had made me fly and soar.
The flower falls once more,
Letting the world know your there.
Finally opening the door,
So that you come to me here.
