Description
When a river is too deep to cross,Don’t you build a bridge?
When lemonade is too sour,
Don’t you add sugar?
When what you want
Isn’t quite how you want it,
Don’t you change it?
In my quest to be accepted,
I’ve changed a lot.
Like Play-Doh in different molds.
Well now the clay is drying,
I cannot change as much.
I re-wet my clay exterior
And try to change again.
I tear out clumps
That are too dry to use,
And I’m left with less of myself.
