Somewhere in my brain I thought "I should draw Zoey and Rythian as kids" and now we have this, and yes that is Teep on Zoey's shoulder.

Basically the thought behind this picture is kind of a simple Alternate Universe where these two actually grew up together. I kind of thought Rythian would be one of those kids that just kept to himself, played make believe and dressed up to pretend he was a lets just say mage. Also, that is a Ghost plushie, because it's cute. Zoey on the other hand just seemed like she'd be one of those kids that loved adventures and getting dirty and dragging other kids along for the fun, whether they wanted to or not. That's about it.
