Urg//So a biittt of my inspiration is back..
Only in drawing cultural clothes though :c
I feel like I didn't add enough detail here but lol, I got so lazy with the shading, I just gave up on it xD
Now I have an urge to draw african themed clothing DD:

It may be "random" to you, but I loooove the details you put into outfits. Seriously. You make me want to draw my guys in lady clothes because guys just don't get that fancy of clothes any more. >8I

I'm going to be trying to get into the hang of drawing some girls, but I don't come up with girl characters very well since I never had a lot of friends, and didn't get to know them very well...I HAVE NO REFERENCE MATERIAL (other than my boring self...). x'D

You don't need to reference from real people (though that's always good..) You can just as well reference from like.. other female characters xD
As long as you know how a girl's mind differs from a boy, I think you'll be perfectly fine.

I had some "friends" but wasn't really personable, so...wasn't in touch with them enough...I never really knew their personalities that well. I didn't know one of my friends was a perv until I was able to go to her house after a few times...and she flashed me. On purpose. A lot. Crazy woman~Haven't heard from her since I moved. 8I
I dunno. For some reason I just make male characters so much easier...I think it's just because guys are...easier to read? Sure they can be sneaky, but...I read them so well. They don't even KNOW how well I read them. Seriously yo. Girls are so much trickier. I try to come up with bg stories for them and...it either sounds boring...mary sue...or slightly unrealistic...
Even if the story /totally/ makes sense...it just doesn't /FEEL/ right. I'm too complicated when it comes to characters.

I've had many instances where I force stories to a character or I force a character on something and it JUST. DOESN'T. WORK.

Definitely! But I agree; it's lots of fun to see what other people have come up with in their time. It's always interesting to see how people have lived so long while their fashions and styles are so different.
