Description The one last thing I am not allowed to draw that I necessarily havent been practicing on is children.
So then, I ask myself; whyyyyy????

I've wanted to do a picture of Thurvayn with his kids for a long while, and finally just sat down to do so.

;w; I'm rather happy with the outcome, even though I see so many errors ;O;

I'm tentatively announcing I wish to do some commissions for some extra money to put toward getting Skyrim! Note me if you're interested at all and wish to discuss prices, etc! c:

I wish there were Dunmeri children in Skyrim. But then again, it makes sense in a way that there isn't any. Since Dunmer's aren't exactly too welcome there. [Unfortunately. ]

But this is beautiful. I love the idea of it. It's so sweet.

You'd think the Dunmer living in Hjaalmarch and The Rift for the past several hundred years might have had some.

You make a good point and one that really makes me sad ;O; I heard the next DLC is gonna have adoption, etc, but I really wish they'd make more races for kids!

Oh, really? That's something I was rather annoyed wasn't included in the original game. I'm a little surprised no one has tried modding in new kid races--it was done for Morrowind for all races, and Morrowind doesn't even have kids in vanilla. You'd think it wouldn't be that difficult with kids already in the game.

ikr?

you also have to remember that morrowind is over 10 years old this year, so there's been a lot more time to develop mods for it. while it makes sense that something so popular would have gotten modded already, maybe it is still down to the short timespan the game has been out?

True, but Emma had to work from scratch doing it for Morrowind. Really for Skyrim you'd need three new headmeshes (elven, Khajiit, Argonian) and new textures for each race--not terribly difficult for those who know how to do that kind of thing (which I don't or I would). I've been expecting something--anything, really--ever since the Construction Kit (erm, "Creation" Kit) was released. I saw a mod which claimed to create new kids by scaling down adults. Based on the number of people it ticked off for false advertising, I'd say there's interest in the mod. What impresses me about Emma's Morrowind kids is that they're actually cute. Can't say the same for Skyrim kids.

hm....

idk then. D: if i could do meshes and textures, i definately would take a stab at it myself.

another thing that bothers me is that spells arent avalible while mounted. it sounds just as simple to do as weapons...

Oh, I didn't realize they hadn't updated spells along with weapons. That IS weird. :/ Of course, I have so far found that it's easier just to dismount and attack anyway.

I havent gotten to play Dawnguard long enough to test out mounted combat myself, but it seems like a pretty bad idea anyway.

Yeah, Dawnguard didn't appeal to me, so I didn't buy it--but mounted combat was included in patch 1.6. I don't hold a lot of hope for Hearthfire either, though I may buy it anyway if it does include the option to adopt a kid.

I read today that Hearthfire came out on the 3rd for 360, and it includes building your own house, and adopting up to 2 kids! Just letting you know!

Thanks. I'll probably look into it when it's out for PC.
