OH MY FUCKING GOD I AM SO PROUD OF THIS PAINTING.I am normally terrible at digital painting, but lately I've been practicing using traditional paints, and that's helped improve my painting skills massively. Using traditional media helps me undergo rapid improvement, and I haven't improved this rapidly since 8th grade. It feels like another golden age.
I had to really push myself to complete this painting but it was totally worth it. At first, I HATED how the painting came out and I thought of giving up but I persisted on finishing it and, well, this came as a result of me choosing not to give up. ...Seriously, it feels like one of the best paintings I've ever done...
I love Cala Maria, she's my favorite Cuphead boss.
