Description The mostly-finished results of request for me to draw her character 'Mask Carnivala'. (Which you can learn more about here; [link] )

This wasn't going to be colored, at first. Now I'm debating coloring the rest of this, and putting a background to it. But, for now, I'm just gonna post this, as my fingers and wrist are killing me. :L (and my back, but that's because I've been hunched over for nigh on three hours straight)

I enjoy how Mask came out, but ironically enough, it's Johnny and Squee that came out less-than-good. The character I've never heard of before is the one that turned out well.

I don't know what's going on between Mask and Johnny, or why Mask seems to be holding poor Squee hostage, but... this is what came out of my head, and I can't make sense of half the crap that my mind comes up with anyway. :/

I hope you like it, Flimz!

*EDIT*

Mask has power over gravity (to an extent I am unaware of), so it is my assumption that Squee isn't running because he's scared that Mask will create a gravity-well inside of him (squee) and kill him; implode him. It's possible, y'know. All Mask has to do is switch the center point of the earth's gravitational pull into Squeegee for a few moments, and bam. Death.

*EDIT2*
Please note - the proportions between these guys are, for once in my life, correct. Despite most of the fandom describing him as being tall, Johnny is only 5'9 - an average height. I, in fact, am very nearly Johnny's exact height and am by no means tall.
Mask, however, is 7'2 - two feet taller than our resident homicidal maniac.

*EDIT3*
Story blurrrrrb!
---

Johnny ran as fast as his legs would carry him, faster then he ever remembered running before. He'd never had to, his mind recalled. It had never been necessary. None of the people that he'd killed had ever been so aware of their oncoming deaths as to run before he'd reached them. Not that the creature he was chasing was a victim, oh no. If anything, Johnny was trying to stop it from taking a victim of it's own.

As suddenly as it had started running upon the snatching of it's prey, it stopped, whirling around and holding one of it's thumbless hands against the head of the boy it had been previously gripping tight, who was now standing motionless on the street. The only movement coming from the boy was shivers, not from cold but fear - fear that this strange creature would kill it with a flick of it's wrists, in much the same manner it had done to the other people that had happened to get in it's way.
Johnny paused a few feet away, not daring to go any closer. This creature, whatever it was, had merely flicked it's wrists - twitched - and people had died. They had crushed in on themselves, like whoever controlled the law of gravity was PMSing, and had decided it was fed up. The creature stared at Johnny a moment, then giggled. Soon after, it spoke.

"Careful..." It said, in a sing-songy voice. "You might break my concentration..." Johnny narrowed an eye, and growled.

"Let. Squeegee. Go." He didn't want to play, would have already leapt forward to drive his daggers into the creatures throat were it not for it's previous show of power.

"Why, when we're having so much fun ?" It retorted. Johnny snarled in anger.

"This isn't my definition of fucking fun!" It laughed, shaking with some form of amusement. Johnny shivered with anger. He hated this. Fuck, how he hated being so damned helpless.

I... don't usually expect return presents. Ever.

So I have no idea what to say. But I tend to enjoy surprises.

Sketch, I suppose. My experience with sketches is that they wind up easier to do.
Well, depending on if you're 'inspired' or not.

Unless I'm thinking the wrong way.
