Sparket is a Pikachu with a robotic arm and eye. and is a shiny. he is the smartest because when he lost his arm and eye. he made a makeshift freezer with just a block of cold steel, a tooth pick, and 3 pieces wood. a plane with the freezer, some scrap and more.
