Hey what's up I'm Astra I'm almost 15 and I still can't fucking write (the part after the giant paragraph of text is an RP between me and Marvel)

Arki was getting ready to leave the meepery and into a small, but comfortable cottage near the woods. She walked around the meepery which was her home for so long and teasing was nothing out of the norm. However it was mostly playful teasing, Fern usually catches the bullies. Arki had always been a bit of a doormat and a bystander. Maybe she should try to improve that... It's as if her thoughts have been read when she heard a troublesome pair of twins tease another meep that had been staying at the meepery for a while. Arki heard some rude words being tossed around, the other meep not saying too much. Arki's an adult right? Maybe they'll listen to her.... Arki walked up to the twins, standing between the small green neddle and the twins. She told the to back off, maybe not quite in the assertive voice. The neddle looked up at Arki a little confused but grateful. The twins exchanged glances and the darker one snorted, rolled his eyes and left. Arki watched them leave, snickering in a poorly disguised manner. Arki's ears dropped a bit, they probably just left just to please her. Arki may be very passive but she certainly is far from stupid. At least they were gone? Right? Yeah, whatever, no point in giving yourself false hope.

"Are you okay?" Arki asked, a little uncertain.

"Yeah, thank you though" the meep responded quitely

"That's good, I'm glad you're fine"

"Why did you do that for me though...?"

Arki thought for a second, "I wanted to do something beneficial I guess, to stop just being a bystander and just watching something get worse as time goes on." Arki shrugged, thinking about how many times she's postponed something or just became an audience to a situation that got worse.

"Well....thanks." The neddle said. Not used to being defended. She was certainly greatful, just not sure how to handle it. "I'm Wysteria."

Arki nodded, "A beautiful name, my name's Arki." Arki felt like she should ask why the twins came over and just started calling Wysteria rude name but she didn't want to be nosey or anything. One thing I should stop doing is thinking too much Arki thought to herself.

"You have a cool name too." Wys smiled. "Do you live here? I havnt seen you around....." the neddle paused. "Then again I am new...."

Arki smiled as well, feeling less awkward, "Thanks, and yeah I do. I was planning to leave soon, or I keep saying that. I keep postponing that, a bad habit really." Arki paused for a second, "But welcome to the meepery though, apart from them, it's a pretty nice place"

"N-not really..." Wys blurted out before she could stop it.

Arki was surprised at the response, but then again it clicked when Arki realized she's always been on the sidelines and unsure what to respond. "Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. I'm guessing there have been more of these situations"

"I'm a freak here." Wys said full of bitterness. "I don't want to be here while meeps cycle through, poking fun at me."

Arki blinked, really unsure of what to respond now. "Oh, that's terrible... M-may I ask why?"

"Look at me!!!" She said with desperation, using her ears to getsure to herself. "I'm a freak! I don't look like anyone here! I don't look like anyone....anywhere! Not to mention I have dyslexia and can't even READ!" She realized her outburst as soon as she was done. "I...."

Arki felt bad for the meep. "I-I didn't really notice that really... But, I'm sorry you have to endure that..." Arki paused. SInce Arki was moving out for sure soon, having the cottage ready, she decided to take a chance. "I could help you if you'd like, I'm going to have to move out soon I already bought a home, you could come with me and then you wouldn't have to listen to them" Arki offered.

"Really?!" Wys perked up. "You'd do that for me?"

"Yeah! Of course, I'd love to help you!" Arki smiled, "If I can help you, it would also help me to be more confident in my abilities"
