Adelein Gardinier
An enigmatic breton mage of the 4th era dragon crisis, detached and unfeeling to mortals. Obsessed with her pursuit but extremely loyal to the deadric prince of forbidden knowledge and fate. Sociopathic and distant she is not the most charismatic sort, in fact there are not many who can stomach her ideals and personality. Her motives are very strict as she does not believe in achieving anything for personal gain. She does not value money, friendship, morality, or power, she only values what Hermaeus Mora values. There isn’t a lot that phases her, but what is normal to most is strange to her. What is strange to most seems absolutely normal to Adelein. It can not be proven, but through an oath she has taken, Adel can never lie.
She is not exceedingly powerful at all, and tends to only specialize in conjuration of seekers and atronachs. She carries around a black book that seems to write itself, there is recording of events that have happened, will happen, or might happen. However Adelein will not pry into its knowledge unless it is on a need-to-know basis.
Her clothes cover all of her tatoos, etched in black acid, it encompasses her shoulders, back, and arms but it is never shown to anyone. The only parts that may be shown are the three black holes above her wrists in which she can summon black tendrils that can impale and directly manipulate one's mind. Her spells tend to be composed of green glowing magic that uses strange sounds to drain the consciousness and energy of foes. She can be full of surprises however, but her character type is focused on being an out-of-combat stealthy mage type.
Personality: Disturbing, unsettling, prying, and questionable. Not devoid of clever quips and antagonizing dialog however. Will not fully understand or feel comfortable in relationships in which a person will show any sort of kindness or affection (I don’t know why they would anyways). She is not incapable of being civil, and will often answer simple inquiries for others. Her replies tend to be riddled with cryptic information however.

I am just really obsessed with Hermaeus Mora okay.
