This gorgeous view is courtesy of a road that passes on the north eastern side of the tallest mountain in Washington state. My dad and I were simply following a circuit that went all the way around this gorgeous mountain when we passed this little creek. I just had to stop and take a picture, and boy am I glad I did. This was easily the most beautiful scenery I'd ever seen. The distant peak is Mt. Rainier itself, half covered by its own foothills and then this large patch of left over snow for the foreground. A vista I won't soon forget!

And if you look closely at where the river disappears into the trees in the distance (right of the center), you can see some "convicts" that my dad and I later found out were Tibetan monks!
