that short 2 second scene in bleach episode 26 inspired this... total coolness. haha i think i might try cosplaying urahara kisuke...ok hes not really the current captain, but still, he was so damned handsome when he was. i imagine all the girls in soul society probably queue up to get a glimpse of him everyday. XD
err... quick sketch in pencil took 15 minutes, inking took 30. used technical pens (0.05, 0.1, 0.3) and a brush pen.
as usual, copyrighted by whomever did.

I think Urahara is fantastic, and I love his Zanpakutoh. "Benihime" is by far the coolest-looking, hmm, "hime" means princess I think, but I'm not sure about "beni".
Unfortunately, I have only seen up to episode 25 of the anime and I am getting quite distressed by the need to see more.
This is an excellent drawing, I love his hair, and the lack of eyes, very nice.

i know how it feels... Bleach is a damned good show... i totally can't get enough of it. urahara is one of my favourite characters in bleach, and so is aizen. e.e
