                Personality:

+ Adaptable | Hospitable | Rational
Conclusion: Eija is not threatened by change or really any obstacles that may obstruct their path. She's quick to work around it, whether or not things go according to plan. She’s also quite friendly- first impressions are really important, after all- Most first encounters she leaves those that meet her feeling welcomed. For first encounters. She's also got a good head on her shoulders and is more likely to listen to reason which is a trait befitting of a leader like herself.

= Straightforward | Intuitive | Competitive

Conclusion: Eija is a good listener and will act on what she believes is best, even if it hurts others. Some may misjudge her as harsh or unfriendly at times such as these; that may be true to some extent but Eija believes avoiding the truth can be detrimental in the long run for both herself and others. Communication is key and the faster she gets to the point, the better.  She's competitive as well , which could be good and bad. Striving to be better than those around helps them in overcoming challenges and bettering themselves(And more so, stops them from having to depend on anyone else) but it can quickly turn sour and make them overaggressive. It's hard to have fun when everything's a competition.

- Domineering | Deceitful | Greedy

Conclusion: That’s right. Under that charm and gentle facade Eija hides something a lot more sinister. Upon closer inspection you can tell the guy is just outright cruel when it comes to her own team. Barking orders and forcing anyone who gets out of line back in their place. Spinning their words in such a way to make it so they technically aren't lying but you definitely feel cheated out of your time and items anyway. Nevermind the small fee he makes you pay if you do happen to be rescued too many times.

All in all Eija's a complex character who seems well-versed in scheming and trickery, combined with their street smarts and adaptability, they're scarily good with manipulating others.

                History:

Growing up in one of the most notorious spots for crime and anarchy can make anyone less than polite. Eija had to learn early on if he was going to make it anywhere he needed to fight for it. He was pit against neighbors, strangers, nature, hell, he was even against his own pack. Family or not, things were rough. But even then he had some friends and some family that made the experience a little less miserable. Plus once you learn all the tricks, you’re pretty much set. Eija would spend their childhood pretty much carefree, as carefree as you could be in a place like this. At the very least he had friends, A snarky Furfrou named Lee and his baby sibling- a smeargle named Ronnie were at his side for the most part.

Obviously this wasn't what Eija was meant to do his whole life- stealing, fighting, surviving. His late grandfather was the cause of this newfound urge to expand, filling pup Eija's head with wonderful tales of Fame and Glory- and most importantly, money- that was free for the taking for those who dared to leave the island and adventure Beyond the sea. He wanted that. He really wanted that.

In order to do so however, he had to leave the island. and as broken and disorganized his pack was, there was a reason they had all managed to stay together.

Blood. You can steal and cheat as much as you like, but you don't abandon blood. Thems the rules.

He couldn't tell anyone about this, not even Lee. Not even Ronnie. They'd simply be left wondering why their friend seemed so hellbent on collecting cash. Why he dissapears so often. As sneaky as he tried to be, the secret would soon be discovered when Ronnie went to their parents for advice. The pair would end up doing their own research, and discover the stash of materials along with enough pd to buy anyone off the island. After his family found he was plotting to leave Peirce behind, to leave them behind, he was banished from the pack and and his possessions were confiscated. Finders keepers. A traitor they called Eija. How dare he, after all they've done. It was jealousy and malice that kept them from doing the same, so now they had to bring him down with them. Crabs in a pot. When they decided banishment wasn't enough, they simply couldn't see him win. He needed to be stopped. Watched, carefully. Anytime he tried to regain what he'd lost, itd be taken from him again.

Ronnie was heartbroken to discover Eija planned on leaving, Lee equally so. But they had enough heart to not join the pack on this hunt. Eija took it as compliance. All of them would pay.

Eija devised a plan that relied on tricking both Lee and Ronnie into distracting their family long enough for him and some thieves he'd hired to raid their childhood home, they'd be paid handsomely with whatever remained after he collected what he thought would be enough to make off with. In the meantime, he had a raft on the other side of the island waiting for him. It didn't go as planned. The theives were cheap, and easy to chase off. He still needed to fight in order to make it, Eija had always known this. As risky and dangerous as the whole plot was, especially when he'd been caught and confronted by his former pack, he made it out with a few scars. Eija laughed as the sea made his pack glaring at him from the shore get smaller and smaller. He laughed, tearful but elated as he sailed from island to island until he made it across the vast sea to Kala Island, where Eija's grandfather promised Ethovalon was waiting for them.

Tactfully, Eija decided to join the Rescuers division. They were good with people, especially when it came to milking them out of every coin they had to give. It made sense, too. Adventurers where treasure hunters, with some bad luck and an expensive find, Eija could get a chunk of the score without having to do any of the exploring themself.

he just needed a team now.
